DEFINITIONS:
Secure-and-safe.co.uk is owned and operated by AMP Distribution.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Your access to and use of the secure-and-safe.co.uk website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. By using this website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
MAKING A PURCHASE:
We currently only supply products in the UK mainland. If you wish to purchase from another country please contact us for a quotation. Our contact details can be found on the Contact Us page.
To make a purchase, simply browse our product range, click on 'add to shipping basket' and once you have completed your selections click on 'go to checkout'. You have the option to change the quantity, delete items or add additional items. You will then have the option of paying by credit/debit card or by cheque. Payment for goods must be made before despatch. Credit/debit card payments are processed through the PayPal secure server. You do not have to be a member, or register as a member to pay by credit/debit card. Cheques must be crossed and be made payable to 'AMP Distribution'. Please ensure that your full name, address and order number are written on the back of the cheque. Secure-and-safe.co.uk reserves the right to delay the despatch of the goods pending the clearance of any cheques.
PACKING & DELIVERY:
Deliveries are to mainland United Kingdom only. We charge carriage and handling based on the actual weight of the products ordered. Please refer to the Shipping Costs page for full details. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us for a quotation. We endeavour to despatch goods on the first working day following the receipt of the order. You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Small/light orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For post (1-3 day service). Larger/heavier orders are sent using Parcel Force 48/Couriers (2-3 day service). Please note that these delivery times are an estimate only and we cannot be held responsible for extended delivery times that are due to circumstances that are beyond our control. We will inform you of any foreseen problems. Occasionally an item may be out of stock although our suppliers can normally deliver within 2-3 days. We will inform you by email of any delays and the expected delivery time. You will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund should you prefer not to wait for any back orders. NOTE: A signature will be required upon receipt of goods as proof of delivery.
RECEIPT OF GOODS:
Immediately on receipt of your order, you should check the condition of the package received. If goods are damaged or missing, this must be noted on the couriers delivery note. You must also inform us immediately, otherwise you may not be able to receive a replacement or refund from us. If you are not in when a delivery is attempted the courier/postman will leave a card with details of the local depot to arrange collection or re-delivery. If a parcel cannot be delivered for whatever reason and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of your order.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER (Cooling-off Period):
You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We will refund the sales price and carriage and handling costs within 30 days of receiving the goods back from you. To cancel an order you must inform us by email at sales@secure-and-safe.co.uk. The effective date of the cancellation is the date at which the communication was sent. Customers must return the goods at their own cost using a courier, within one week following the cancellation. Should the goods not have been returned within the week then we reserve the right to collect the goods and deduct the costs of doing so from the amount that we refund you. Note that any returned goods must not be damaged or defective and must be in a re-saleable condition in their unopened original packaging. Goods must be returned adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit. Returns must be sent to our address detailed on our Contact Us page. Any refunds will be made on the debit/credit card made to make the purchase.
RETURNS:
If an item has been supplied faulty, you must immediately inform us by email at sales@secure-and-safe.co.uk with full details of the problem, stating your full contact details and your invoice number. Please ensure that you have carefully read all relevant instruction manuals and that the manufacturers technical support has been contacted first for assistance, where appropriate. No goods may be returned to us without our prior written consent. Any items returned to us as faulty, that upon testing are found to be working correctly, will be returned to the customer once carriage and handling costs have been received from the customer.
PRICES:
All transactions are in British Pounds Sterling. All prices are clearly shown on the product pages. The only additional charges are for Carriage and Handling which are are applied at the checkout.
TAX CHARGES:
Secure-and-safe.co.uk is a non-VAT registered business and all purchases therefore have the advantage of being free of vat.
INFORMATION:
The contents of the website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any purchasing decision. We shall endeavour to ensure that all information is accurate and correct, but shall not be under any liability for damage, loss or expense resulting from any errors or omissions. Goods supplied may vary in detail from the descriptions and photographs (which are approximate and for guidance only).
CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE:
Secure-and-safe.co.uk are commited to improving both our product range and service, and we reserve the right to change the website or any part of it without notice. We may also from time to time change these terms and conditions, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Secure-and-safe.co.uk take great care to ensure that all the products featured on this website are of a high quality. Secure-and-safe.co.uk gives no guarantee or warranty on goods supplied by us other than those given by the manufacturers concerned which are detailed on the individual product pages or are available from the manufacturer. Product descriptions, weights and dimensions provided by secure-and-safe.co.uk are approximate only and are intended as a customers general description of the goods to which they refer, and no warranties or representations are given or should be inferred therefrom. Secure-and-safe.co.uk does not accept liability for consequential loss or damage arising from goods supplied by us.
COMMUNICATIONS:
As an internet based business we prefer to be contacted by email. We endeavour to reply to all emails on the day of receipt. Should you wish to telephone us our 0845 national telephone number is charged at the normal local rate. If you would like to send us a fax please note that our 0870 number is charged at seven pence per minute. Our office hours are 8.30 to 18.00 Monday to Friday. We can accept orders through our website 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
COMPLAINTS:
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint you may contact us by email at sales@secure-and-safe.co.uk We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, and will advise you the length of time it should take to resolve your complaint.
