Shipping costs

We only make deliveries to mainland United Kingdom. 

For deliveries in other countries please email us for a quotation at sales@secure-and-safe.co.uk

We calculate the cost of carriage and handling based on the actual weight of the products ordered, as detailed below.  All weights are listed in the detailed description of the products.

Total Order Weight Up to 3.9kg:  £4.50   4.0kg-7.9kg:  £10.99   10.0kg+ £14.99

Orders over 20kgs may incur additional shipping costs, please contact us before placing an order. 

We endeavour to despatch goods on the first working day following the receipt of the order.  You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. 

Small/light orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For post (1-3 day service).  Larger/heavier orders are sent using Parcel Force 48 or Couriers (2-3 day service).  Please note that these delivery times are an estimate only and we cannot be held responsible for extended delivery times that are due to circumstances that are beyond our control.  We will inform you of any foreseen problems. 

Please Note:  A signature will be required upon receipt of goods as proof of delivery. 

Occasionally an item may be out of stock although our suppliers can normally deliver to us within 3-4 days.  We will inform you by email of any delays and the expected delivery time.  You will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund should you prefer not to wait for any back orders.
